This policy explains how Wolverine Web Design, a service of Wolverine Management Group ("we," "us"), handles information when you visit wolverinemg.com or contact us.
Information we collect
Information you send us. When you email us or fill out the project form on our website, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your project.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running. This site does not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To respond to your questions and prepare proposals.
- To deliver, support, and update websites for our clients.
- To send invoices and project communications.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted third party services to run our business, such as Google Workspace for email, Google Firebase for website hosting, and a payment processor for invoices. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
Our project form. When you submit the form on our Start your project page, the details you enter (name, business name, email, phone, website, project type, plan interest, and message) are sent through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form processing service, which delivers them to our business email. Web3Forms handles that information under its own privacy policy. We use form submissions only to respond to you about your project.
Analytics
If we add website analytics (such as Google Analytics) in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and how you can opt out.
How long we keep information
We keep project and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
